The trustee for Spaceship Super is changing

On 18 December 2020, Diversa Trustees Limited (ABN 49 006 421 638, RSE License L0000635, AFS Licence 235153) (Diversa) will replace Tidswell Financial Services Ltd (Tidswell) as the trustee of Spaceship Super.

The trustee of a superannuation fund is responsible for ensuring the administration and investment of the fund’s assets are in accordance with the trust deed and the law. 

How will the change affect you?

There are no other changes being made to Spaceship Super.

There are no changes to fees, your ability to access your superannuation account, or your current Binding Death Benefit Beneficiary Nomination (assuming it remains valid).

If you intend to submit family law draft orders or agreements or require a split of your superannuation balance under family law effective after 18 December 2020, it will need to reflect the new trustee (Diversa). Please contact our customer support team for further instructions.

Diversa is part of the same group as Tidswell. By consolidating our super funds under the one trustee company, we are able to streamline our business, which should ultimately allow us to improve efficiency and deliver better member outcomes.
